Yes! Shipping is free for the U.S. on orders over $50+.

All orders ship from Phoenix, AZ, within 7 business days, but we usually get orders out within 1 to 3 business days. Shipping can be from 3 -5 business days depending on what type of shipping method you choose at checkout.

Yes, we offer an e-gift card. The e-gift card will be emailed after being purchased. Check out our Gift Card.

We are currently only shipping to the U.S. but we would love to set up shipping internationally as the company grows.

If you received the wrong item or your order was damaged in shipping, let us know within 7 days of delivery, and we will happily send you a replacement. Please email hello@ivylee.com to start the process. Please include a photo of the item you relieved, and a photo of any damage to your order with your email. Unfortunately, we can't cover replacements for items damaged or broke after delivery. Please see our Store Policies for the full details.

You have 30 days from delivery for a full refund or exchange of your order. Buyers are responsible for return shipping fees. Please see our Store Policies page for more details.

If you need to change your shipping address, please email us
immediately with your order number and the correct shipping address to hello@ivylee.com. If your order has already been handed to the shipping carrier and shipped before you contact us, we are unable to change your shipping address. Please see our Store Policies page for more details.

Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for products that are delivered to the wrong address or go missing due to an incorrect shipping address being entered at checkout.  If the package is being “returned to sender”, we can re-ship the items back out, but the buyer will be responsible for the additional shipping cost.
